Art Direction & Visual Development – The Waderz
As the creator of this project, I took charge of the complete art direction and visual development.
I designed the visual style, atmosphere, color scheme, and world identity to build a unique and immersive universe.
The Waderz is an on-chain open-world game combined with an NFT solarpunk collection,
inspired by the action figures of the 90s.
The project was designed to celebrate that era's coolness, fun, and vibrant colors, bringing together those who cherish the memories of that time.
Long after an alien invasion, Earth is no more than a huge jungle,
populated by dangerous creatures...
The survivors have taken refuge on the coasts, where they built havens of peace.They are called Waderz because their shelters are built with their feet in the water, by the sea.
HAVEN09 is one of the few shelters to have survived,
and one of humanity's last hopes...
Survivors must regularly lead excursions into the "Lost lands",
the abandoned areas where the ruins of the old world are located, in order to recover building materials, clothes and other objects that are essential to their survival...
Every NFT owner gets their own unique playable version in a fantastic post-apocalyptic open world.
